When our baby boy was diagnosed with a terminal illness, we reevaluated our priorities. Inspired by Troy’s dream of becoming a pilot we decided to share our legendary chai, which we’ve been serving in our coffee shops, with you. We are also excited to give a portion of the proceeds toward making other children’s dreams come true. And so, Flying High Chai was born.
